By accessing or using AceitPrep.com or the ACEit platform tools (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
1. About the Service
ACEit provides AI-powered informational and analytical tools for NEET aspirants, including:
College analysis based on historical counselling data
College comparisons and rank scenario tools
Mock test rank estimation
General query assistance
Important: ACEit does not provide official counselling services and does not guarantee admissions, ranks, or seat allotments.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to use the Services.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only under parental or guardian supervision.
3. Account & Access
Premium access may be activated based on your payment and verification method (for example, phone number or Telegram account details)..
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account, device, and login credentials.
4. Subscription & Pricing
• Premium plan price: ₹199 per month (unless stated otherwise)
• Pricing may change in the future; changes will apply prospectively
• Premium features are described on the Pricing section of the website
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayU).
By making a payment, you agree to PayU’s terms and the terms of your bank, UPI, or card provider.
ACEit does not store your complete card, UPI, or bank details.
6. Activation
Premium access may be activated through linked platforms (such as messaging applications) depending on the access method chosen.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see the Refund Policy page).
Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
ACEit provides digital subscription services. Please read carefully before purchasing.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Misuse the Service, scrape data, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access
• Share paid access with others or abuse trial/premium features
• Use the Service for unlawful activities
ACEit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
9. Content & Intellectual Property
All site content, bot flows, logic, text, and materials are owned by ACEitPrep or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
• Predictions are based on historical counselling data and assumptions; cutoffs may change
• We do not guarantee accuracy, admissions, counselling outcomes, or rank/seat results
• The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACEitPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of admission opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate these Terms
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
