Refund Policy


ACEitPrep (ACEit / AceitPrep.com)

ACEit provides digital subscription access (“Premium”). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


Refund Eligibility

Because Premium access is a digital service delivered immediately after activation, refunds are generally not provided once Premium is activated or used.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment was successful, but Premium was not activated due to a technical issue on our side and could not be resolved within a reasonable time

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period (accidental double charge)


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after using the service

  • Incorrect rank, category, or details entered by the user

  • Counselling outcomes or seat allotments not matching expectations

  • Issues caused by Telegram account loss, device problems, or network issues not attributable to ACEit



Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email:

Include the following details:

  • Registered phone number or email used for payment

  • Payment ID / Order ID (from PayU receipt)

  • Reason for refund request along with relevant screenshots

Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via PayU.
Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.
